We have taken the familiar and rendered it in the unfamiliar. Traditional silver souvenir spoons are reimagined in horn, perfect for sugar or salt. The gentleman’s dresser: change dish, shoehorn, and moustache comb take on a new patina.  Seashells become works of art, mini sculptures in horn. The traditional lucky horseshoe or a skeleton key becomes an esoteric objet of desire. The humblest of items like plastic swizzle sticks become objets of luxury when recreated in hand carved horn.

All of our horn items are made from the horns of the Water Buffalo. No animals are killed for the harvesting of the horn. The horn used is a by-product of the animal after it has died of natural causes. The animals are used for farming purposes until that time. Our products are hand carved by a fair trade artisan workshop in Vietnam. Everything is hand made and produced in small and limited quantities. Due to variations in the natural horn, each piece will be unique in terms of color. We have tried to represent the color you will receive in terms of it being either light horn or dark horn, but there will be variations within those ranges and we can not guarantee that the color you receive will look exactly as pictured. The horn items are food safe for dry or cold food and drinks. It is not recommended to use the items to serve hot food or drinks. You may clean the items with warm water and a soft, non-abrasive cloth. With the proper care your Siren Song item should provide many years of enjoyment. We hope you cherish these special items as much as we do and pass them along as Heirlooms.

IN STOCK items ship within 1 to 2 business days (limited quantities may apply).
Please allow an additional 1-5 days for delivery.

Shipping Cutoff Time is 12:00 am (PST).

FREE SHIPPING for orders $100 and over

$12 Flat Rate for all other orders

SHIPPING CHARGES (AK & HI)

$25 Flat Rate for orders under 10 lb

$150 Flat Rate for orders over 10 lb

Upon Receipt of Shipment
Please carefully inspect goods before accepting delivery.  If any item arrives damaged or is defective, customers must reject the delivery and notify client services within 48 hours. 

If UPS, USPS or FEDEX deliveries arrive with evidence of damage, customers must notify client services within 2 business days of the original delivery date.
Images of any damaged and/or defective items are required to be sent via email before return authorizations can be issued.

If you have received item(s) that are incorrect and not as indicated on your purchase receipt, please notify the client services team within 2 days to initiate a replacement request.

In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the order, KIT UP will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods. KIT UP will assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist the client in locating lost parcels. 

Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and restocking fees and will not be considered canceled.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.  Not all items are able to be returned, please see individual product pages and receipt information for additional details. Other exclusions may apply. Please contact us for details at concierge@kitup.shop for with any questions. 

Customers must submit a written request to concierge@kitup.shop in advance of returning items to receive a return authorization and appropriate instructions

A 15% return fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the credit issued once a return is completed.  Refunds are issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase upon confirmation of return and inspection. Please allow 1-3 business days to see the credit post back to your credit card, depending on the card issuer. 

We do not accept returns for orders shipped to International destinations.

Special orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to specification. Special orders cannot be changed, modified, canceled or returns. 

Damage + Defective Claims
