This Rubberized Fabric Envelope is waterproof and water repellent due to its military surplus market source and traditional rubber coating process. The seams are sealed for complete protection and reliability.

"When finding new uses for materials obtained overseas, we try to make use of the characteristics of the material as much as possible. A military poncho we purchased at the military’s surplus market was characterized by waterproof and water repellent fabric. The fabric is made by the traditional rubber coating process of natural rubber being painted between two thin pieces of fabric and crimped together. The sewing seams are covered with tape and a special adhesive from the back to ensure the item is completely waterproof. The only disadvantage is the smell of rubber remains. Although the smell will fade in time, it may bother some people in the beginning. After considering what products would benefit from being waterproof but not hindered by the rubber smell, we decided to use this material to make items such as umbrella bags and shoe bags. Each item is sewn together one by one after taking apart the original poncho so please allow for some marks and color differences on the items. We did make an extra effort when deciding on the position of the stitching so the water proof function is not weakened."

Upon Receipt of Shipment
Please carefully inspect goods before accepting delivery. If any item arrives damaged or is defective, customers must reject the delivery and notify client services within 48 hours.

If UPS, USPS or FEDEX deliveries arrive with evidence of damage, customers must notify client services within 2 business days of the original delivery date.
Images of any damaged and/or defective items are required to be sent via email before return authorizations can be issued.

If you have received item(s) that are incorrect and not as indicated on your purchase receipt, please notify the client services team within 2 days to initiate a replacement request.

In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, but shows delivered to the shipping address associated with the order, KIT UP will not be liable for non-receipt of goods or replacement of goods. KIT UP will assist in filing a trace and claim with the respective carrier to assist the client in locating lost parcels.

Parcels that are unclaimed or refused will be subject to applicable return and restocking fees and will not be considered canceled.

Please allow 1-3 business days to see the credit post back to your credit card, depending on the card issuer.

We do not accept returns for orders shipped to International destinations.

Special orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to specification. Special orders cannot be changed, modified, canceled or returns.
